Big Bear TrailFest returns with 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon and 50K trail races at the spectacular Holdenby House estate...
This relates to: Big Bear TrailFest
Big Bear TrailFest returns this September, bringing another full day of trail running to the magnificent Holdenby House estate in Northamptonshire. Organised by Big Bear Events, the popular event offers four distances, giving everyone from first time trail runners to experienced ultra runners the chance to enjoy a memorable day on the trails.
Set within the historic Holdenby House estate, the routes explore a varied mix of woodland, estate tracks and open countryside. The combination of scenic surroundings and runnable trails creates an enjoyable challenge, while the historic setting provides a distinctive backdrop throughout the day.
Runners can choose from a 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon or 50K, making Big Bear TrailFest accessible to a wide range of abilities and ambitions. Whether you're taking your first steps into trail running, tackling a Marathon or testing yourself over 50K, there's a distance to match your goal.
As with all Big Bear Events races, the emphasis is on a friendly atmosphere and a well organised race day. Supportive marshals, excellent facilities and a welcoming community help make the event popular with both returning runners and those discovering it for the first time.
Entries remain open for this year's Big Bear TrailFest, but places are expected to fill as race day approaches. If you're looking for an autumn trail running challenge in a spectacular historic setting, now is the ideal time to secure your place.
Entries are available now via organisers Big Bear Events here.
