Trent Park Triffic 10K Trail

The Triffic Trail is a long established trail running event organised by Trent Park Running Club and held entirely within the scenic surroundings of Trent Park in North London. First staged in 1985, the race attracts everyone from experienced club runners to first time trail runners, alongside junior races for younger participants.

The 10K course remains completely within the park, combining woodland trails, grassy fields, gentle hills and sections of paved path. The traffic free route offers a varied trail running experience while showcasing the natural landscapes and open spaces of Trent Park.

In addition to the main 10K event, the day also includes a junior race and fun run, creating a family friendly atmosphere. With its mix of accessible trails, community spirit and attractive parkland scenery, the Triffic Trail has become a popular fixture in the North London running calendar.
