The Wibbly Wobbly Log Jog is organised by Brandon Fern Hoppers and takes place at High Lodge Forest Centre in Thetford Forest. Covering approximately 5 miles, this well established trail race welcomes runners aged 16 and over to enjoy an evening of off road running through one of England's largest forests.
The fully marked course follows a mixture of forest tracks, winding singletrack trails and undulating woodland paths, with exposed roots, stones and other natural features creating an enjoyable trail running challenge. Starting and finishing at High Lodge Forest Centre, the race combines scenic woodland running with a friendly atmosphere suitable for runners of all abilities.
The event is chip timed and held under Association of Running Clubs rules, with a finisher's medal awarded to every participant. Combining varied forest terrain, welcoming club organisation and the unique setting of Thetford Forest, the Wibbly Wobbly Log Jog has become a popular fixture in the East Anglian summer running calendar.
