This routes takes in the village of Ousden which is known as the Valley of the Owls in Suffolk, with some of the oldest roads in England and very beautiful countryside.
Organisers will be utilising the Dalham Kiln route which is a Half Marathon loop
Those doing the 5K and 10K will be doing the Goldings Hills Route
It's a seven-hour cut off, with a mass start at 9am. Your race, your pace, your distance!
This race offers you a number of distance choices - 5K, 10K, Half, Full or Ultra.
Those doing under a half marathon distance will travel along an out and back, being turned around required, making it a very social route.
The half marathon will be one loop, two loops for the full marathon and then the run to the 5K turnaround point for an ultra.
