Tweedbank To Lauder Run
It's a great way to start the new year when Lauderdale Limpers team up with Gala Harriers plus a few guests for a social run.

We will start at 10:00am sharp from Tweedbank Sports Complex TD1 3RS. The route will follow the southern upland way for 10 miles finishing at the Lauderdale Hotel for tea/ coffee and a bacon or egg roll. There are also options to start from Moss houses (6 miles), Blue Cairn (4 miles) or do the double and start from Lauderdale Hotel at 8:00am (20 miles).
