Spring Treble Barlaston Ups and Downs
The Spring Treble is run over three consecutive Thursday evenings in April with the advantage of the lighter nights getting runners off the winter roads into Staffordshire’s beautiful countryside.

Each event is based on a tough, hilly course of around four to five miles and gives runners an early indication of their current form and fitness for the forthcoming season.
The final event is at the very popular venue of the National Trust holdings at Barlaston Downs, with prizes for the fastest first mile, and the punishing uphill finish to the welcome sight of Oulton Cricket Club for the award presentation and an enjoyable pint (or two!)
