This officially measured one-mile course offers runners a rare opportunity to chase PBs and records, with no turns, a stunning sea view, and a course direction chosen on race day to avoid headwinds – maximising your chance for a fast mile. There are two race options available :- The Elite race is for men hoping to run sub 5 mins and women hoping to run sub 6 mins.The Open race is for all ages, genders and paces.
