Kew The T-Shirt!
Still time to get on board the 'Uber Boat by Thames Clippers' Richmond RUN-FEST
The 'Uber Boat by Thames Clippers' Richmond RUN-FEST returns to Kew Gardens on Sunday, 14 September 2025, with a stunning new medal design and a new long-sleeved tech T-shirt!
The original Richmond Marathon, Richmond Half Marathon and Richmond RUN-FEST 10K all have the privilege of starting inside the world-famous Botanical Gardens at Kew before finishing with a food, beverage and music festival in Old Deer Park in the heart of Richmond upon Thames.
Old Deer Park is also the venue for the 2012 Olympic legacy pledge series of WWF Kids and Family Mile races for over 1,000 energetic youngsters. Some places remain for the WWF Kids and Family Mile races – click here to enter.
This will be the 13th Richmond RUN-FEST and the main events are 100% sold out. However, some charity places remain, with reasonable fundraising requirements, and you can find out more about running Richmond RUN-FEST for charity partners here.
The RUN-FEST team (Tom, Jade, Euan, Tracy & Dilva) is justifiably proud of the new medal design. The medal is described as: "Chunky. Sparkly. Functional". Not only is it a bold and beautiful reward for crossing the finish line, but it also doubles as a bottle opener – a handy addition to your kitchen drawer. The iconic Palm House at the centre rotates, making this a one-of-a-kind keepsake.
They have decided to go long on the T-shirt design! Just in time for the autumn, the male and female cut T-shirt is long-sleeved for the first time at Richmond RUN-FEST. Kew the new 2025 long sleeve tech tee in this short video...
Last year, more than 4,000 competed at Richmond RUN-FEST. You can review the highlights in our 2024 event report here.
