Every year the course is different as the ebb and flow of the tide requires us to adjust the route. It has a very varied landscape and running conditions. The obstacles include a variety of water crossings, jumps, rough terrain, walls and slides paired with some steep hills.
​Obstacles are designed to be achieved by runners of differing ability, even if that may require the help from others. However, a marshal will be available to redirect a runner at main obstacles, if needed.
