Race The Tide

Race the Tide takes place on Saturday 8th August at Muncaster Castle in the Lake District. This adventurous 10K obstacle race challenges runners to tackle a constantly changing course shaped by the landscape and the tides, with a mix of natural and man-made obstacles.

The route combines rough trails, wooded hillsides, river crossings, scrambling sections, walls, slides and plenty of mud. The course is designed for all abilities, with runners encouraged to enjoy the challenge, work together and embrace the unpredictable nature of the terrain.

The event offers a unique festival atmosphere with camping, food, entertainment and a Saturday evening celebration available as part of the weekend experience. Runners must be prepared to get wet and muddy, with a memorable Lake District adventure waiting at the finish line.
