MoRunning Back In The South

With its upbeat atmosphere and powerful cause, MoRunning 2025 promises to be another memorable year...

MoRunning is back for 2025 and calling on runners of all ages and abilities to lace up, grow a moustache if they fancy it and take part in one of the UK’s most feel-good running events this November. With distances ranging from a 1.5K Mini MoRun to a Half Marathon, MoRunning invites everyone to get involved, have fun and support Movember - the global charity tackling men’s health issues.

MoRunning events will take place across the UK, with the south hosting runs in Whitstable on 1 November, London on 2 November, Poole on 8 November, Southampton and Bristol on 9 November, Milton Keynes on 23 November and a final push in Richmond on 29 November. The event series is designed to be welcoming, family-friendly and full of positive energy, with a focus on achieving personal goals while raising awareness and vital funds for Movember’s work in mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

This year’s line-up includes the 5K and 10K MoRuns, the more demanding Half Marathon, and the ever-popular 1.5K Mini MoRun, which is fully chip-timed and perfect for younger participants. Whether running solo or with friends and family, participants are encouraged to wear their moustaches proudly, embrace the community spirit and help create lasting memories.

Organisers say: "Our events bring people together not just to run, but to make a meaningful contribution to men’s health. Please support Movember by making a donation during registration or by setting up your own fundraising page." Here at runABC we would recommend using GoFundMe for this.
