The Garendon Gallop 10K takes place in the historic grounds of Garendon Park near Loughborough. This single lap trail race combines scenic countryside with a friendly community atmosphere, welcoming runners, joggers and walkers to enjoy an enjoyable off road challenge through one of Leicestershire's most attractive parkland estates.
The undulating course follows a mixture of woodland paths, parkland trails and open countryside, with gentle climbs rewarded by panoramic rural views. The varied terrain and peaceful surroundings create an engaging trail running experience while remaining accessible to a wide range of abilities.
The event features chip timing, a fully marshalled and signposted course, water stations, free race photography, a technical finisher's T shirt and post race goodies.
