This is an ideal venue to chase a fast time as the course is pancake flat and on smooth tarmac

The evening begins at 5:30pm with a 1mile race (including a fun run). If you have entered a race later in the evening you are welcome to join in to encourage family and friends.Children under the age of eight years must be accompanied by an adult with their own ticket (for any distance)
At 6pm the 5k races start, incorporating the Essex County Championships. The night will end with the Women's and Men's elite races, sponsored by RCF Orthinas.
The timetable is as follows:
5:30pm - 1 mile - Race and Fun Run
6:00pm - 5km - All athletes over 20 mins
7:00pm - 5km - Male athletes 18-20 mins
7:30pm - 5km - Male athletes 16-18 mins
8:00pm - 5km - RCF Orthinas Elite Women’s Race (sub-20 mins)
8:30pm - 5km - RCF Orthinas Elite Men’s Race (sub-16 mins)
