Touler 10K
After a couple of hicups, the Touler10k is up and running again.10K multi-terrain (2/3rds tarmac 1/3rd hard trail). Not suitable for wheelchairs. For all age groups - 16yrs upwards, male and female.

This is a good chalenging event, quite hilly but very scenic running towards the Cairngorms, (Ben Avon) and following both sides of the River Avon within the Glenavon Estate. Toilets and reasonable changing facilities are available but unfortunately no showers. Refreshments will be on offer free of charge, (although a donation would be appreciated) plus water bottles and medals will be handed to every competitor on completion. There will be a prize giving presentation with prizes for all age catergories. There will be an extra prize, male and female for new course records. At present they are held by Gordon Lenox, 34:31 and Victoria Needham 39:46. Everything will be well signed,ie; parking, course, start, finish and registration. Entries can be found on line up to two days before the event plus entries will be taken on the day with a max., of 150 entrants.
