This is a generally flat 2 lap traffic free, very well sheltered tarmac course using Telford Town Park, and the Silkin Way (a former railway line). Course record set in 2024 Jack Rowe 28.01, and in 2022 Samantha Harrison 31.10. Last year we had more runners under 30 minutes than any race ever within the UK (58 runners based on chip time). The event is open to runners of all abilities and particularly those wishing to achieve a personal best time. New bespoke metal medal to each finisher.
