New Distance At Spring Hustle
Meanwood Spring Hustle is back with a new distance this April...
The Meanwood Spring Hustle will return on 12 April this year and for the first time will also offer an extended version of the 10.5K course. Both distances will offer a fast fun-packed forest trail run with some challenging uphills and rewarding downhills!
The scenic event takes in some of the best trails that Leeds has to offer. A combination of beautiful Meanwood Park and the Hollies, famous for well-kept paths through extensive woodlands, with a vast collection of different species of flowers. Runners will also experience the marvellous Meanwood Valley Trail, past the Seven Arches viaduct and Adel Crag.
The new for 2025 Super Spring Hustle is an extended 10 mile version of the Spring Hustle! At the turnaround point at Adel Crag runners can choose to continue a further 6K out and back section. Once at the turnaround point they must head back to the crag and finish at The Holly Huste.
Speaking about the new distance, organisers say: "Every year the extra section will change meaning no Spring Super Hustle will be the same. The route will also not be made publically available until the week of the event."
Complimentary soup will be provided to all finishers at the end of the race or in the case of warm weather (you never know) organisers will provide fresh fruit!
