The South Downs Trail Run returns to Goodwood Racecourse, attracting over 1,000 runners to this well-established event set within the South Downs National Park.
Starting and finishing at the historic racecourse, the route takes runners through rolling hills, forest tracks, and sections of the South Downs Way. Along the way, there are expansive views across the Downs, with glimpses of Chichester Harbour and the Isle of Wight on clear days. The course includes a descent into East Dean before a final climb back to the finish. With distances of 21K, 16K, and 12K, including a canicross option, the event caters for a range of abilities, whether you are chasing a personal best, building confidence on trails, or enjoying a scenic run.
