The 4.5mile, two lap route, like the Kimmy Kanter, starts and finishes next to Millmoor Juniors training ground and is predominantly run on trails through the surrounding woodland. Be warned though, it's not a flat course and as the race is run in December, it's normally a bit nippy and the trails are rarely dry!
