Extra Places Available For Stoneleigh Park Reindeer Run
Still time to sign up for festive favourite where rumours of Santa's guest appearance persist
Organisers of the popular Christmas Reindeer Runs in Stoneleigh Park have just contacted runABC HQ to ask us to let all of you know that they have managed to secure a further 50 places for this Saturday's race so you can still enter here until Thursday 15 December at midnight or until these places have been snapped up.
Stoneleigh Park in Kenilworth is famous for playing host to the European Archery Championships in 1978, being the first U.K. venue to do so. Organisers have assured runABC that runners will not have to dodge any arrows this Saturday but you may have to swerve a few elves, reindeer and there are even rumours that the real Santa will be making a guest appearance. However, runABC’s investigation team has been unable to verify the voracity of these claims despite extensive research conducted in the pub on Friday following their Christmas night out.
With Santa Dash 5K, Reindeer Chase 10K, Elven Cracker 15K and Snowman Half Marathon options, there really is something for everyone and you can make a family day of it secure in the knowledge that the route is entirely traffic free.
All of the races will be run on a multi terrain undulating route contained within the park boundary. The races will be timed but runners are encouraged to have some fun and fancy dress is positively encouraged.
There’ll be a medal and pudding for all finishers so what are you waiting for? Grab one of those final spots right here.
