The course also has stepping stones, there will be a marshal there to help you. The route is undulating and challenging, it is a lapped course with one lap being 6.7 miles. There are four distances to choose from, so something for everyone. If you're a back of the packer like me, choose a shorter distance, take your time and enjoy the day. If you like a challenge, go for a longer distance.
