This year Henley Running Fesival organisers have added Sunrise Runs (6.30am) and Downhill Time Trial (9.00am) to Rapid Relays (11.00am)

All events are on the same day and at the same venue. The schedule allows time to take part in more than one event if you would like to.
The majority of the route is through woodland and on mixed terrain, it is not particularly hilly, avoiding the usual Culden Faw hills. There is one climb at around 2.5k followed by a fast downhill section. The route around the exchange area is on grass and through the solo and team support areas.
