Starting in the village of Melmerby the undulating route takes you through the quite and scenic rural surrounding of the picturesque villages finishing back in Melmerby. A fast course it may be but it has been enjoyed over the years by runners of all abilities This course is for everyone you will not be disappointed. We pride ourselves in giving you a friendly welcome and our marshals and villagers will give you friendly encouragement along the route.
