This route was created at very short notice last year due to storm damage stopping organisers from running the normal Grizedale route, but they loved it so much, they decided to make it a permanent fixture. This is based at Grizedale Forest in the South Lakes (near Hawkshead). These route are slightly longer but less mountainous and technical.
