This race is perfect for anyone who has completed a Couch to 5K programme.
Starting out from the Sports Centre the 5k route passes through the beautiful countryside of Freshwater with views across the rest of the West Wight. The race will also take you through the twists and turns of footpaths running through the stunning Freshwater countryside, finishing back at the Sports Centre.
