The Hogsmill 5 is a friendly ladies-only running race over 5 miles (8K), organised each year by Epsom Allsorts ladies running club.

With no cut-off time it’s a perfect target for beginners, and enjoyed by established runners too. The route takes you through the picturesque Hogsmill nature reserve and is suitable for all abilities which has been running for over 30 years. We also have children’s races before the main event on the track as well as an array of homemade cakes to purchase so a real family event celebrating the joys of running. We are delighted that proceeds from the children’s races and cake sales will go to The Dylan Strong Foundation Charity.
