The Harwich 5K Series is a popular summer evening race series organised by Harwich Runners. Held over five races, the accurately measured 5K course follows the Dovercourt seafront promenade, with a unique handicap format designed to give runners of all abilities an equal opportunity to compete and improve their personal bests.
