The 10(ish) km Bosun (single lap) and 10(ish) mile CapTEN (double lap) are fell runs that take in Thorncombe Beacon and Golden Cap, two of the crown jewels of the South West Coast Path and Jurassic Coastline.
Expect some elevation gain as per usual, 1,617ft for The Bosun and 3,234ft for The CapTEN!
