Start on the top of the east summit cairn of Caerketton. Run along the ridge towards Hillend Hill passing the left hand side of the cairn, then swing right down the steep path by the fence to the gate (where the junior race starts). Pass through the gate (shut it behind you please), then go straight up over the knoll ahead. Just over the top, take a path to the left down the broad ridge, through the gorse, then down the steep drop to the wood corner, where you turn right and follow the grassy path to finish (before the car park).
Junior race starts at 6:45.
All descenders must declare themselves insane before being allowed to take part.
