The Bournemouth Coastal TEN offers a scenic run along the Dorset coastline, with a choice of 10 mile or 10K distances. Starting at Hengistbury Head, the route follows Bournemouth’s seafront paths, including a stretch along Boscombe Pier.
The course is largely flat and traffic-free, making it ideal for runners of all abilities, whether aiming for a personal best or enjoying a relaxed coastal run. Along the way, runners can take in views of the Isle of Wight, The Needles, and Old Harry Rocks on clear days.
The event is chip timed and fully supported with marshals, offering a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. All finishers receive a medal, along with post-race refreshments at the finish.
