The course is a large 5 mile loop around the Hall Barn Estate, starting and finishing at the same point. Organisers suggest the wearing of suitable running shoes with some grip. Note spikes are not permitted. Please keep an eye on the weather – if there is excessive rain in the days leading up to the race then trail shoes will become preferable.
