A flat and fast course, starting and finishing at Kesgrave War Memorial Community Centre and encompassing two laps of Kesgrave, including both Old Kesgrave and Grange Farm.

Other than the very start and finish, the route is entirely on road and tarmac cycle path, and so headphones are not permitted, as it is imperative runners are able to hear traffic and instructions from event marshals. The water stations at Twelve Acre Approach will be passed twice on each lap.
The junior 2K starts at 9.00am.
